Made for portioning snacks and cooked foods, this custom vacuum pouch covers a 1–100 g fill range. It uses aluminium foil and metallized laminate in a flat-open format, so filling and sealing can be handled on standard vacuum packaging lines.
Each layer in the laminate has a job: the outer layer carries print and resists flex cracking; the foil or metallized core blocks light and adds barrier; the inner layer provides the heat seal and food-contact surface. Choosing between foil and metallized film lets you balance light protection, pouch weight and material cost. Since a vacuumed pouch must hug the product, film flexibility and seal-edge integrity are the critical performance points.
Fill volumes span 1–100 g, and printing supports 1–8 colours. Artwork colours, copy and graphics can be produced from your design files; pouch dimensions and seal placement are confirmed against your filling equipment. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
This pouch is intended for food packaging, including cooked foods, meat products, roasted snacks and casual snack items. Vacuum sealing reduces the pack's footprint, cutting storage and transport space while making portion-based retail easier.
