This made-to-order three-side-seal vacuum pouch is built for small cooked-food packs in the 1–100 g range. It uses aluminium foil and metallized laminate, with a flat three-side-seal construction. It suits vacuum packaging for cooked foods, including hand-torn dried tofu, braised snacks and other oily items. After vacuuming, the film draws tight against the product, while the metallized layer blocks light to help limit oxidation-related flavour loss.

To make the pouch, two laminate webs are heat-sealed along three edges, leaving one edge open for filling. Once the product is loaded, that edge is sealed and the pack is vacuumed. Metallized film uses a thin aluminium layer on a substrate, giving light-blocking performance at a lower weight than solid foil. Combined with foil, it lets the barrier level and stiffness be balanced for the job. Because the inner layer touches food directly, a tight seal after heat sealing is essential.

Choose a capacity from 1–100 g according to product weight. Printing covers 1–8 colours and can carry full-colour artwork, product names and ingredient details. Pouch dimensions and seal width are customised to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
