This made-to-order three-side-seal foil pouch uses a flat-mouth format for sheet masks, vacuum food packs, cooked-food freshness and tea. Corrosion resistance is a key property of these foil laminates; for acidic, salty or oily contents, the inner layer and laminating adhesive need to be matched carefully.

The pouch body is built from aluminium foil and metallized laminate film. The foil layer delivers dependable light and moisture blocking, while the metallized layer creates a metal-deposited barrier. The laminate is formed with a printed outer film, a middle barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film. In vacuum applications, seal width and heat-seal temperature must align with the film so the internal negative pressure stays sealed without leaks.

Printing supports 1–8 colours, and the colour panel works for both food and household/personal-care lines. Sizes are custom: for flat pouches, length, width, seal width and the option of a spout can all be discussed. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suited to bulk shipments of tea, cooked food and face masks.
