Custom Three-Side-Seal Foil Pouches | 1–500 g Easy-Open, Vacuum-Ready, Sterilisation-Compatible

This custom three-side-seal foil pouch is built for bespoke projects and covers a 1–500 g fill range. Its body uses an aluminium foil and metallized laminate. Three sides are heat-sealed first, leaving one side open for filling; the mouth includes an easy-open feature that can be torn by hand. The finished pouch supports vacuum sealing and meets sealing needs for products that undergo sterilisation after filling.

On this three-side-seal format, seals run around the pouch body and the remaining side is closed after filling. Within the laminate, the aluminium foil layer delivers barrier performance while the metallized layer blocks light, giving the pouch dependable resistance to gas and light. Sterilisation brings shifts in temperature and humidity, so seal width, heat-sealing pressure and cooling time must be balanced to reduce the chance of brittle seals or channels after the process.

Fill capacity spans 1–500 g, and printing supports 1–8 colours. Graphics, text and colours are produced according to the customer’s design files. Pouch size, easy-open position and seal width are all customisable, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

Typical applications include tea packaging, food packaging and powdered food packaging. Tea, powdered drink mixes and other products that require a sealed, light-blocking pack are suitable. The flat three-side-seal construction helps with cartoning and stacking.
