Custom Three-Side-Seal Foil Face Mask Pouches with Printed Logo

This three-side-seal pouch is built to your specification for sheet-mask and eye-mask products, using a multi-layer laminate that can carry a printed logo on the front panel. It suits flat items and liquid-filled formats commonly packed in flexible pouches.

Performance comes from the laminate. A typical build uses an outer print film for graphics and mechanical strength, an aluminium foil or metallized core for barrier, and an inner heat-seal layer to keep the seal closed after filling. Pure foil delivers a more complete barrier; metallized film lets the same barrier target be balanced against cost.

Colours can run from 1 to 8. For logos, the minimum line thickness and smallest text size are checked against the printing method. Sizes are custom, so dimensions and corner radii can be adjusted within the three-side-seal format. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; before production, approve the artwork file and a proof.
