Custom Three-Side-Seal Aluminium Foil Pouches for Walnut Powder, Mixed Grains & Lotus Root Starch (1–1000 g)

This customised three-side-seal foil pouch combines an aluminium foil layer with laminated materials and covers fill weights from 1 g to 1000 g. It is designed for sealed packaging of food powders and granules such as walnut powder, mixed grains and lotus root starch. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs.

The pouch is heat-sealed on both side edges and the bottom, producing a flat top opening with consistent orientation for automatic and semi-automatic filling lines. The foil layer delivers barrier and light-blocking performance, while the laminated structure adds tensile strength. Although the wall is lightweight, it can hold a practical fill. Clean heat-seal edges help limit moisture and odour transfer. Because the three-side seal uses narrow seal margins, the finished pouch takes up less shelf space and packs more efficiently into shipping cartons.

With a 1–1000 g capacity range, sample-size packs and household-size packs can share the same pouch family. Artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours and may include the product name, ingredient information and a barcode area. The 10,000 pcs MOQ helps food brands maintain a consistent look across a product series; changing the fill weight within that series does not require a new print plate.

Typical applications are dry food products. Walnut powder, mixed grains, wheat flour, rice and beans all fit this pouch format. It accommodates both powders and granules. When used as a vacuum bag, it can be paired with a vacuuming step to further reduce residual air inside the pouch.
