For beauty and personal-care brands, Kody Packaging supplies this three-side-seal sheet-mask pouch in a foil laminate format. The top is finished with a flat easy-tear opening, and the pouch can be sealed either by vacuum or by standard heat sealing. Built mainly from pure aluminium foil laminate, the body delivers strong barrier protection, helping mask serum, essence, cooling patches and other liquid-bearing contents stay away from air and moisture over extended storage.
The construction pairs pure aluminium foil with polymer film layers. Aluminium foil handles oxygen blocking, light protection and aroma retention, while the inner heat-seal layer determines seam strength and seal integrity. In a three-side-seal layout, three seal lines close the pouch and leave the front panel flat and spacious for artwork and product details.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Pouch dimensions and artwork are customised to order, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Opening style and tear-notch position can be selected to match a product line, and any additional accessories can be confirmed at the sampling stage.
Typical uses include sheet-mask pouches, vacuum food bags, cooked-food freshness packs, tea pouches and beauty/household packaging. The format works for the outer wrap of a single mask as well as sealed sachets of powders, pastes or small food pieces.
Kody Packaging is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs its own lamination and bag-making lines. Lamination, slitting and pouch forming are controlled stage by stage. Customers can send a reference sample or artwork for sampling approval before volume production is scheduled.
