Custom Tea Packaging Pouches | Foil Three-Side-Seal & Center-Seal Bags for Green, Black, White & Scented Tea

These made-to-order tea pouches are built for green, black, white and scented tea, offered in three-side-seal or center-seal styles, with vacuuming available. The structure combines metallized laminated film with a pure aluminium layer to address moisture uptake and odour transfer during tea storage.

The two formats are separated by seam placement. A three-side-seal pouch closes on three edges, leaving a full front panel for branding; a center-seal pouch places the seam down the middle of the back, creating a slimmer, taller profile. For barrier performance, the metallized layer blocks light, the aluminium layer resists water vapour, and an inner heat-seal film completes the closure.

Sizes are customised to order, printing runs from 1 to 8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Buyers choose the pouch format, dimensions and vacuum option based on tea type and portion weight.
