Custom Stand-Up Spouted Metallized Foil Pouches for Laundry Liquid, Powder & Household Detergent Packaging (100ml–5L)

Built for filling detergent liquids and powders, this foil/metallized pouch family can be produced as stand-up spouted pouches, three-side seal bags, four-side seal bags or shaped pouches. A widened bottom gusset gives the pack a stable shelf presence, while the top accepts a standard spout, flip-top spout or leak-proof valve for controlled pouring and one-hand use. Heat-sealed edges remain flat and secure, and an easy-tear notch or tear strip helps end users open the bag easily while reducing burst and leakage risks during shipping and stacking.

Materials are matched to the fill: typical laminations include PET/metallized film/PE, PET/aluminum foil/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, delivering oxygen and light barrier with chemical resistance, while a thicker inner layer can be used for powder detergents. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure for fine detail and rich colour, with matt, gloss or spot varnish options. Bag width, bag height, spout diameter and roll film width are all customizable to your drawing, and capacities span 100ml–5L; a small sample trial is recommended before full production.

Applications cover laundry liquid, washing powder, detergent pods, fabric softener, disinfectant and hand soap, along with liquid packaging for sauces and cleaning agents. The customization path is straightforward: discuss requirements, confirm bag style and material, approve a sample, then proceed to volume gravure printing and bag making before final inspection; sample- and artwork-based customization are both supported. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop plus gravure printing, lamination and bag-making lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching roll film in the same material can be supplied, and production is scheduled and delivered according to agreed milestones.
