Custom Shaped Matte Foil Sheet Mask Pouch | Three-Side-Seal Laminate

A die-cut silhouette is the first thing that sets this pouch apart. Built on a three-side-seal structure and produced to the customer's own design, the outline can leave the rectangle behind — rounded corners, sweeping curves, a sculpted notch — giving a face-mask pack a shelf identity that a conventional square bag struggles to build.

Barrier comes from pure aluminium foil or metallized film. Foil blocks light, oxygen and water vapour, forming a second safeguard alongside the matt surface; metallized film reaches its barrier through a deposited aluminium layer and keeps cost better balanced. The construction laminates a printed outer film, a middle barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film; the shaped profile is formed with a die during bag-making, and the edge seal has to run continuously with no break in the line.

Printing covers 1–8 colours. Where artwork falls inside a shaped area, the layout needs bleed and a safety margin. Sizes are made to order: outline curve, bag dimensions and tear-notch position can all be specified. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs, a fit for skincare brands that want to stand apart by shape.

Stated applications are sheet mask and eye mask packaging, plus daily-use cosmetic and skincare packaging; terms such as essence pouch and pure-foil laminate bag sit comfortably with a matt foil construction.
