This irregular-shaped foil and metallised pouch is positioned for small-volume personal-care and cosmetic sample packaging. The outline can be die-cut to your drawing — rounded, teardrop or waist-shaped — with three-side or four-side seals and a choice of rounded or tear-notch edges to match your brand look. A bottom opening is left on the pouch so fillers can dose 15g–20ml of liquid or gel from below, after which the pouch is closed with a final heat seal. The flat, even seal line keeps shower essence, massage liquid and hair oil samples tidy in transit.

For the material build-up we normally run food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE: the aluminium foil or metallised layer blocks oxygen, light and aroma loss, while the PE inner layer delivers a reliable low-temperature heat seal. Structures can be adjusted for acidic, alcoholic or oil-based fills. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, with matt, gloss, spot-varnish and holographic options. Standard fills run from 10g to 50g; pouch size and shape are built from your sample or drawing, and matching roll film is available for the same artwork.
