Custom Pure Aluminum Foil Three-Side Seal Flat Composite Pouch for Face Masks, Vacuum Food & Tea

Built on a three-side-seal flat pouch format, this custom foil composite pouch uses aluminum foil and pure aluminum in the pouch body, with color printing available from 1 to 8 colors. Face-mask packaging is its main role, and it also suits vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches, tea pouches, and beauty and household packaging.

Three edges are heat sealed, while the fourth side serves as the filling seal. The flat panel lets artwork spread across the full surface without interruption, making the format especially effective for face masks and other products where the printed panel does much of the selling. The foil layer provides barrier and light-blocking performance, and the pure aluminum structure further limits gas and light transmission—useful for contents such as essential oils and concentrated serums.

Sizes are made to order, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. Artwork may be supplied by the customer or designed on request. Opening direction, optional tear notch, and similar details can be finalized during sampling.
