Custom pure-aluminium gusseted centre-seal pouches from a Dongguan packaging factory, built for 1–500 g fills. The design pairs a back centre seal with side gussets and allows full-width front printing. Made from an aluminium foil and metallized laminate, this format is frequently selected as a stand-up block-bottom pouch for scented tea and coffee beans: once expanded, it gains depth and can stand unaided on a retail shelf.
A centre-seal pouch features one longitudinal seam at the back, while the side gussets flare outward after filling to create broader side walls. The metallized layer handles light blocking, and the aluminium foil layer strengthens the barrier. Together they deliver a balanced defence against light and moisture vapour. Because the gussets and back seam bear the heat-seal load, bag-making runs those seal parameters separately.
Fill volume is selectable from 1 g to 500 g to suit the product. Printing covers 1–8 colours, with colours, graphics and text applied from the customer's artwork. Pouch height, width and gusset dimensions are confirmed per order. Minimum order quantity: 10,000 pieces.
Applications include tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging. Scented tea, coffee beans, roasted beans and herbal teas are all compatible. The block-bottom format stacks granular contents well.
