This custom foil pouch is designed for tea and snack brands that need dependable aroma protection. An aluminium foil layer is the primary material, and a metallized film is added into the laminate. The multilayer build balances light blocking, moisture resistance and fragrance retention, making it suitable for teas, nuts and roasted snacks with higher aroma-retention needs.

Within the laminate, the foil layer provides the main barrier, the metallized layer improves light blocking and adds a metallic look, and the inner heat-seal film closes the pouch. This combination helps the bag maintain solid barrier performance at a relatively thin thickness and supports stable forming on filling lines.

Dimensions are tailored to order, printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The pouch format can be three-side seal, centre seal or stand-up, while artwork and opening style can be adjusted to your requirements.
