Made from pure aluminium foil, this flat three-side-seal pouch is designed for cold-compress sheet masks and other beauty items as well as composite food packaging. With no stand-up base, it stays slimmer and has straighter seals, which helps for boxed display, use inside an outer bag, and smooth running on automatic filling equipment.
The pouch body combines pure aluminium foil with a heat-seal inner layer. Aluminium foil provides light blocking, oxygen barrier and aroma retention, while the sealant layer governs seam strength and sealing reliability. Three-side-seal construction forms three seals around the pouch and keeps one full flat face clear for printing, without a folded bottom interfering with artwork.
Size is customized: customers define the length-to-width ratio and opening position. Printing supports 1-8 colours, while artwork, slitting direction and cut style are confirmed together at sampling. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
Typical applications include sheet-mask pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and tea pouches. On the personal-care side, they can hold sheet masks and essences; on the food side, they suit sealed portions of cooked foods, dried goods and tea.
Kody Packaging operates in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination, slitting and pouch making completed within one industrial site. Customers can send a reference sample or artwork; a sample is approved first, then bulk production is scheduled.
