Built around a stand-up zipper pouch format, this custom printed food bag uses a metallized laminated film that can carry full-colour artwork. The top zip can be opened and closed repeatedly, while the bottom gusset lets the pouch stand upright—an ideal setup for moisture-proof small packs of black tea. With print and structure working together, the pack is shelf-ready and easy for shoppers to reseal after use.

The laminate combines a metallized layer with a pure aluminium layer. The metallized side contributes light blocking and the visual finish; the aluminium layer resists moisture and oxygen; the inner heat-seal film creates the closure. The zipper and stand-up base are the pouch’s two structural components—one supports repeated resealing after opening, the other provides upright stability. Both can be formed during bag making, so structural adjustments do not require changing the printed design.

Every size is custom, colour printing ranges from 1 to 8, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Customers can define pouch width and length, where the zip sits, how the bottom gusset folds, and the printed layout to match their product line.
