Custom Printed Foil & Metallized Laminate Pouches for Face Masks and Cosmetic Lotions

This custom-printed pouch is built for sheet masks, eye masks and cosmetic lotions, and its format can also be developed for vacuum packing. With a vacuum structure, seal integrity becomes the key control point, so the film build and heat-seal edge settings have to be tightened together.

The laminate centres on aluminium foil and metallized film. Foil handles moisture-vapour and oxygen barrier; the metallized layer adds a metalized barrier; the printed outer film delivers graphics and mechanical strength; the inner heat-seal film governs sealing performance. For lotion filling, the inner layer must also be compatible with the contents to reduce delamination or leakage.

Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours, with artwork either covering the full panel or leaving white space. Sizes are custom: pouch dimensions, seal width and whether a vacuum structure is used are all open to discussion. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suited to a first run for a face-mask SKU or a new cosmetic lotion product.

Typical uses cover sheet mask and eye mask packaging plus daily-care, cosmetic and skincare packaging.
