Made from a customer's drawing, this colour-printed face-mask pouch uses a three-side-seal format. Its outer silhouette can be die-cut into an irregular shape, and a tear notch is added for easy opening. It is intended mainly for single-unit packaging of sheet masks, eye masks and daily skincare items.
The pouch body can be built with aluminium foil or metallized laminates. The foil layer focuses on light blocking and high barrier, making it suitable for creams and essences sensitive to oxygen or moisture; the metallized option uses vacuum-metallized film to provide barrier performance along with a metallic sheen and a relatively moderate cost. Both routes can be combined with a printed surface film and an inner heat-seal film to form a complete multi-layer pouch.
Printing supports 1–8 colours, so artwork, spot colours and layout can be aligned with the brand's visual system. Specifications are customised: bag length and width, irregular outline curvature, tear-notch position and seal width are all available within the custom scope. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, making it practical for a first launch order or a small trial run.
The stated applications cover sheet-mask and eye-mask packaging plus household cosmetic and skincare packaging. Terms such as skincare essence pouch and eye-mask pouch refer to the same flexible-packaging format. Bag style and sealing method can be adjusted according to how the contents flow.
Production is carried out by Kangdi Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination and bag-making handled in-house. Before volume production, samples can be made from a customer's existing pouch or drawing for approval.
