Sheet masks, serums and personal-care samples need packaging that meters the dose and keeps light-sensitive actives such as vitamin C or retinol from being degraded by light and oxygen over shelf life. This thickened metallised foil pouch is built with a PET+VMPET+PE lamination, where the metallised middle layer delivers light-blocking and oxygen-barrier performance. It can be made as a flat three-side-seal pouch or a stand-up pouch in 5ml to 100ml volumes, with a tear notch for one-handed opening and an optional spout. The surface supports colour printing and can be finished with matte or spot varnish, making the same format suitable for small promotional runs and trial-size launches.
