Custom Moisture-Barrier Metallized Foil Vacuum Sachet for Organic Green Tea & Scented Tea

For organic green tea, scented tea and similar products whose aroma fades easily, this pack is supplied as a small sachet made from metallized laminated film and can be used in a vacuum format. Each sachet covers one or several brews, with moisture protection and aroma retention as the main design goals.

The pouch body uses a laminated structure that pairs a metallized layer with a pure aluminium layer. The metallized layer provides light blocking and baseline barrier, while the aluminium layer further strengthens resistance to water vapour. Small sachets have narrow seal lines, so heat-sealing parameters must be matched to the film structure to keep sealing consistent bag to bag.

Sizes are customised to order, printing runs 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs; the format can be three-side-seal or centre-seal. Whether to vacuum the pouch or include an inner liner sachet can be confirmed at sampling.

It mainly serves green tea and scented tea packaging, and can also be used for vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches. The format fits per-brew portions and easy carrying; after filling, the sachets are small and light, which reduces cartoning and courier shipping cost pressure.
