Custom Metallized & Aluminum Foil Gusseted Pouches | Glossy/Matte Tea & Food Packaging

This gusseted pouch brings surface finish and bag construction into one customizable format: choose glossy or matte, centre seal or back seal, plus side gussets, for tea packaging and food portions. The finish sets the shelf impression, while the gussets help a filled pouch hold a squared shape for cartoning and display.

The pouch body combines metallized film with a pure aluminium layer. The metallized side creates the metallic appearance and blocks light, while the aluminium layer reinforces the barrier against moisture and oxygen. Side gussets unfold into panels, giving the pouch expansion room so it sits better around granular or long-leaf contents.

Dimensions are customized to order, printing runs from 1 to 8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Gloss or matte, centre seal or back seal, gusset width, and pouch length and width can all be set to match a customer’s product line.

Typical uses include tea pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches, and sheet-mask pouches. It is suited to dry foods that need a premium surface and reliable moisture protection. Matte tends to read as understated, glossy as more assertive, and both finishes can be arranged within the same order.

Kody Packaging is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination and bag making completed in its own plant. Samples can be produced from a customer’s artwork or reference pouch and approved before volume production.
