This pouch is built for vacuum-style packaging of cosmetics and sheet masks, using a flat-mouth three-side-seal construction with a tear notch. A matte finish is combined with colour printing, so the finished bag shows a restrained, low-gloss colour under light and can be tailored to brand visuals.
Two laminate routes are available: one centred on pure aluminium foil, the other using metallized film. Pure foil delivers a consistent barrier and is suited to contents that need protection from light, whereas the metallized layer provides a metal-deposited barrier. The surface film is generally responsible for the matte feel, the colour artwork sits on top, and the inner heat-seal film closes the pouch; after lamination, these layers combine light blocking, barrier and sealing functions.
Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours. Because a matte film affects how inks appear, the final colour must be checked through a proof. Sizes are made to order: for a flat pouch, length, width, tear-notch position and seal width are all adjustable.
