This made-to-order pack is a colour-printed matte-film three-side-seal laminated pouch designed for sheet masks, eye masks, cosmetics and daily necessities. A matting layer is applied to the printed surface, creating a low-glare finish where artwork and colour blocks read with a matte character.
The pouch body uses an aluminium foil and metallized laminate construction. The foil layer provides the barrier against light, oxygen and moisture vapour, while the metallized film delivers a metal-deposited barrier. The matte film sits over the printed side and also helps protect the ink. The inner heat-seal layer governs seal strength and, together with the three-side-seal format, supports leak-resistant packs after filling.
Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours. Because matte film gives colour a more restrained look, it works well for dark palettes and large solid areas. Bag length, bag width, seal width and tear-notch position can all be customised. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, making the pouch practical for new products and routine daily-necessity ranges.
Stated applications cover sheet and eye mask packaging plus cosmetic, personal care and skincare packaging.
