This flat pouch is built with a three-side-seal format and a matte finish on both faces, using a laminate with a total thickness of 17 silk. The heavier gauge gives the pouch a firm hand and a crisp opening, making it suitable for powder products and face-mask packaging.
The material choice covers metallized film and aluminium foil. In this version, metallized film is the primary option, matte on both sides so no mirror reflection appears; where a higher barrier is required, an aluminium foil layer can be used instead. The laminate is still formed from a printed outer film, a barrier layer in the middle, and an inner heat-seal film. Because the film is thicker, it is less likely to be punctured by sharp powder particles during filling.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Ink adhesion on a matte surface calls for a suitable process, so a proof is recommended to confirm performance first. As a flat pouch, its length, width and seal-edge dimensions are customized to order. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, which fits volume runs such as powder pouches and face-mask pouches.
Stated applications include sheet masks, eye masks, and household, cosmetic and skincare packaging. The three-side-seal flat format aligns with powder-pouch use; for powder or granule fills, bag dimensions can be calculated from bulk density.
Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, by Kody Packaging. Lamination and bag-making are linked within the same factory, allowing thickness and hand feel to be reproduced from a customer’s sample pouch.
