Custom Matte Frosted Metallized Foil Three-Side-Seal Pouch for Sheet Masks & Moisturizing Skincare

This three-side-seal laminate pouch features a matte frosted finish for sheet masks and moisturizing cosmetics. The frosted surface gives a slight drag to the touch, while printed color blocks appear more even against low glare—well suited to skincare packaging with a fresh, gentle tone.

The pouch body uses a metallized foil laminate; a pure aluminium foil layer can be included when higher barrier performance is required. The metallized layer is created by vacuum deposition of a thin aluminium coating onto a base film to provide barrier, while the pure foil layer adds further protection against light and moisture vapor. The printed outer film, middle barrier layer, and inner heat-seal layer are laminated to meet printing, barrier, and sealing requirements together.

Printing supports 1–8 colors. On a frosted surface, colors appear more subdued, and different matt levels can be compared during proofing. Bag specifications are made to order: dimensions, base shape, and tear-opening style can all be discussed. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching regular order volumes for a moisturizing skincare product.

Applications cover sheet masks, eye masks, and daily chemical cosmetics/skincare packaging. Essence pouches and pure-foil laminate bags are extensions of the same pouch format; for serums or moisturizing lotions, the pouch opening and seal parameters are set according to viscosity.
