Made by Kangdi Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, this four-layer foil high-barrier liquid pouch is designed for liquid and concentrate products that need a longer shelf life. It sits within the foil and metallized pouch range, and its key feature is a pure aluminum foil layer inside the laminate that restricts light, oxygen and water vapour, helping contents remain stable through storage and distribution.
The PET+AL+NY+PE structure gives each layer a clear role: PET supports stiffness and print performance, AL delivers light and oxygen blocking, NY improves toughness and puncture resistance to reduce bag failure in transit, and PE works as the heat-seal layer in direct contact with the product. Standard film thickness is 12 to 18 silk. Pouch formats can be three-side-seal, stand-up or spouted, fill volume is customized to your filling specification, and printing is available in 1–8 colours.
Typical applications include concentrates, sauces, soups, coconut milk and chemical liquids that require long shelf life. Because contents and sterilization methods vary, the material structure and thickness can be matched to customer samples.
