Custom Foil Sheet Mask Pouch | Flat Three-Side-Seal Silk Mask Packaging

This sheet mask pouch is made to order in a flat three-side-seal format. Its body combines aluminium foil with metallized laminate, and it is intended for single-piece packaging of silk sheet masks and comparable sheet masks. The inner space is matched to the folded mask size, while the level seal helps limit fibre pull-out when the pouch is torn open.

In the laminate, each layer has a role: the outer layer provides printability and feel, the foil or metallized layer blocks light and adds barrier, and the inner layer delivers the heat seal plus compatibility with the contents. Because essence often contains water and alcohol, the inner film must be checked for resistance, so the material combination is confirmed against the formula. The seal edges also need to endure compression during transport without leaking.

Pouch dimensions, notch style and tear-point placement are customized against the folded mask size and the filling line. Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours and may include brand marks, ingredient details and promotional panels. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

Typical uses include sheet mask and eye mask packaging as well as household cosmetic packaging. Silk masks, non-woven masks, eye masks and skincare sample packs are all suitable. The same pouch format also works for small-volume filling of essences and serums.
