Custom Foil & Metallised Spout Pouches for Hair Dye Cream

This range covers foil and metallised four-side-seal pouches built for viscous liquids and pastes such as hair dye, cream and lotion. The format uses flat, even heat-seal edges on all four sides, with optional gussets, rounded corners and tear notches, and can be fitted with a spout, nozzle or valve to suit your filling line. Spout versions give controlled dispensing with low product residue, while the sealed body keeps barrier performance intact through storage and transport. Bag geometry, spout position and fill volume are engineered around your filling equipment and shelf presentation, so each export order arrives ready for your production line.

Laminates are selected for the filled product: PET/AL/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE for maximum barrier, PET/VMPET/PE where metallised foil gives cost-efficient light and aroma protection, and food-grade sealant layers in standard, easy-peel or chemical-resistant grades. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, with matt, gloss, spot varnish and anti-counterfeit options to reproduce artwork accurately across repeat orders. Standard capacity spans 250ml to 1000ml; pouch dimensions, film thickness and roll width are produced to your drawing, and matching roll film is available for the same laminate and print.

These pouches serve hair dye, conditioner, body wash, sheet-mask serum, cosmetic samples, hand sanitiser and selected food sauces and pastes. Customisation follows a short route: confirm pouch style and volume, send artwork or a physical sample, approve a printed sample, then gravure printing, lamination, slitting and bag making before shipment, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Production takes place in our Dongguan plant in Guangdong, equipped with cleanroom workshops and in-house printing, lamination and pouch-making lines. For export orders we prepare packing lists, invoices and other shipping documents, and can consolidate full-container loads on request.
