This heavy-duty three-side-seal laminate pouch comes with a tear notch at the opening. It serves aluminium foil sheet-mask pouches and is equally suited to cold-compress patches, medicated plasters and small food packs. The heavier build comes from a thicker laminate, giving the pouch more pull strength and reducing corner splitting under pressure.
The laminate can be based on aluminium foil or metallized film. In the foil version, the aluminium layer provides light blocking plus moisture-vapour and oxygen barrier; in the metallized version, a metallized film delivers a metal-deposited barrier. Either option can be combined with a printed outer film and an inner heat-seal layer. In the thick grade, puncture resistance is more reliable for rigid patches or foods containing granules.
Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours and can cover the full pouch surface according to customer artwork. Dimensions are custom: bag length and width, tear-notch depth and seal width can all be discussed. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, making it suitable for bulk shipments of medicated plasters and small food sachets.
Confirmed uses include sheet masks and eye masks, as well as daily chemical, cosmetic and skincare packaging. Food pouch and cooked-food freshness applications listed in the keywords also fall within the scope of three-side-seal laminates; for food contents, the inner layer must be confirmed separately.
