Designed for roasted coffee beans and ground coffee, this pouch belongs to our foil and metallized pouch range. A one-way degassing valve sits on the bag: after roasting, beans continue to release carbon dioxide, and the valve lets that excess gas escape while preventing outside air from entering, helping protect aroma and flavour.
The laminate combines aluminium, PET and PE. The aluminium layer delivers barrier performance, light blocking and moisture resistance; PET adds stiffness and printability; PE forms the heat-seal layer. Standard fill sizes run from 250 g to 1 kg, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the pouch can be fitted with a zipper and one-way valve. The base can be made as a stand-up flat-bottom structure.
Typical applications include coffee beans, coffee powder and ground coffee, especially specialty coffee and supermarket roasted-product lines. Manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong.
