Custom Center-Seal Side-Gusset Tea & Food Pouch | 1–500 g Foil/Metallized

This made-to-order pouch is built for small tea and food portions: a rear center seal, accordion-style gussets on both sides, a 1–500 g fill range, and a body made from aluminum foil combined with metallized laminate. Once filled, it can stand upright, and because no seal crosses the front, the print area stays uninterrupted.

In this construction, the longitudinal seam is positioned at the back while the side panels fold in and out like an accordion. After tea is loaded, the pouch expands into a roughly square cross-section. Aluminum foil plus a metallized layer provides both light blocking and barrier, which supports aroma retention in tea. The side and back seals are the areas most sensitive to heat sealing, so bag-making runs need dedicated settings for temperature, pressure and dwell time.

Choose a format within the 1–500 g range according to the fill weight. Printing is available in 1–8 colors and can carry the tea category, origin, brewing instructions and other artwork. Pouch dimensions, gusset width and sealing method are customized to customer requirements, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

Typical uses cover tea packaging, food packaging and powdered food packaging. Small packs of green tea, black tea, white tea and teabags are common, while coffee powder, seasoning powder and similar products can also be portioned in this pouch.
