Built as a centre-seal pouch for tea and cooked-food packaging, this custom bag uses a thickened pure aluminium foil laminate and pairs moisture blocking with anti-static performance. The centre-seal construction places the seal down the middle of the back panel, so the front stays open for a full print area; its narrow, elongated shape works well for small portions and for ranges offered in several sizes.
The structure combines an aluminium foil layer with a heat-seal layer. Aluminium foil acts as the moisture and odour barrier, while the heavier-gauge build improves stiffness and puncture resistance. Anti-static treatment keeps dust and tea fines from clinging to the film, which is useful when filling powdered teas or long-leaf teas.
Length, width, seal-edge width and vacuum capability are all made to order. Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. These details are set around the customer's filling line and retail display requirements.
Typical uses include tea pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness bags and sheet-mask pouches. It is especially suited to teas that need long-term light-free storage, as well as braised meats and other cooked-food items.
Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong. Lamination, curing and bag making are controlled as separate production stages, and a customer reference pouch can be rebuilt into a sample before bulk production starts.
