Custom Aluminium Foil Pouch for Tea | Composite Bags for Snacks, Dried Fruit, Nuts, Candy & Brewing Products

This custom composite pouch is designed for brands that need one packaging format across tea, snacks, dried fruit, nuts, candy, and the outer wrap of brewing products. Kody Packaging produces it to customer requirements, so a single production line can cover multiple snack-food packaging needs.

The structure pairs metallized film (VMPET) with a pure aluminium (AL) layer and an inner heat-seal film. The metallized layer blocks light, the aluminium layer resists moisture and oxygen, and the heat-seal layer provides closure strength. This laminated build also gives the pouch a degree of puncture resistance when it holds nuts or other contents with sharp edges.

Sizes are custom-made, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Bag format, opening design, and artwork can be adjusted by product type; dried fruit may use a wider opening, while candy is better suited to small-portion packs.

Applications include tea pouches, vacuum food bags, cooked-food freshness pouches, and sheet-mask pouches. For brands that sell both tea drinks and snack foods, using one visual system across packaging is more convenient.

Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong. Kody Packaging keeps lamination, slitting, and bag making in its own factory; customers can provide a reference sample or design file, and samples are confirmed before proceeding.
