Custom 90g Aluminum Foil Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Kids' Fruit Puree & Baby Food

Built for small-format filling of kids' fruit puree, juice puree and similar products, this pouch adopts a bottom-gusseted stand-up format that keeps it upright and shelf-ready. Its three- or four-side seals are flat and strong, while the top can be fitted with a straight or angled spout plus a screw cap or press-type valve. Children can sip directly from it, and adults can squeeze the contents out with ease. A widened heat seal around the spout base improves resistance to compression and drops during filling, capping and stacked transport.

The pouch body combines aluminum foil with food-grade films, typically in PET/AL/PE or PET/AL/NY/PE. The foil layer creates a high barrier against oxygen, light and moisture, which helps limit oxidation, color shift and flavor loss in puree. Printing is done by 1-8 color gravure, supporting full-surface coverage, matte or gloss finishes, and reliable reproduction of fine patterns and details. Fill sizes span 90g to 1kg; spout diameter, pouch dimensions and roll film width can be tailored, and matching roll film in the same material is available.

Typical uses include children's food, juice and fruit puree, dairy products, sauces, and pet nutrition puree, as well as sampler packs, gift boxes and e-commerce multipacks. For customization, send a sample pouch, artwork or a clear specification; after structure and material are confirmed, we make a sample for approval and then proceed to bulk output. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, sample- and drawing-based projects are accepted, and delivery follows the agreed schedule.
