Custom 5L Bagged Water Spout Pouch — Aluminum Foil & Metallized Stand-Up Liquid Packaging with Handle

Engineered as a stand-up spout pouch, this format uses a widened bottom gusset so filled packs remain upright on retail shelves and inside cold-chain crates. The top fitment can be a screw cap, flip-top spout or one-way valve; for 5L bagged water and other portable formats, a handle opening can be added. Sealing is available as three-side or four-side construction, with seal width and spout base dimensions adjusted to suit filling equipment and transit conditions, helping reduce leakage risk.

The laminate can combine food-grade aluminum foil and metallized film with PE, PET and other layers, creating a barrier against oxygen, moisture and light for liquids with shelf-life requirements. The outer surface supports 1–8 color gravure printing, covering solid backgrounds, gradients and fine text, with optional matte, gloss or tactile effects. Volumes typically span 100ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, spout diameters and roll film widths can be matched to your filling line.

Common applications include bagged drinking water, low-deuterium mineral water, juice, concentrates, edible oil, soy sauce and vinegar, plus liquid home care products. Custom orders begin with confirming pouch style and material structure; samples or artwork can be submitted for proofing, followed by bulk production once the sample is approved. Matching roll film is also available for automatic filling lines.
