Engineered around the filling and handling of dry powders and fine granules, this stand-up pouch combines an upright silhouette with controlled dispensing. Its base can be a gusseted design or an eight-side seal, helping the bag stay stable during filling, storage and retail display. At the top, choose a screw spout or silicone valve spout, each paired with a dust cap that can be reopened and closed. Side and bottom seals are reinforced while remaining flat, which helps reduce fine-powder sifting and product hang-up—an advantage for 2KG-level powder filling.

Food-grade aluminum foil laminate forms the core structure. Common builds are PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, with metallized film, nylon or easy-tear layers available when added light blocking, moisture barrier, anti-static performance or puncture resistance is required. The foil layer supports protection from light and moisture, while food-contact layers meet food-grade requirements. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure and can include full-bleed coverage, spot colours, and matt or gloss finishes. Standard capacities run from 500g to 2KG; bag width, height and spout diameter can be adapted to your filling equipment, and matching roll film can be supplied for automatic lines.

Applications include industrial powders such as toner, carbon powder and solid spray powder, plus food powders like flour, protein powder, coffee powder and seasoning powder. It also suits selected dry chemical and agricultural additives. The custom path begins with a sample or artwork to confirm pouch style and film structure, followed by a sample for approval before mass production; MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
