This 30 ml pouch uses a flat-bottom, three-side-seal format. Once filled, the base expands so the bag stands upright on a retail shelf or inside a gift box. A tear notch is placed on the panel, and brand logos can be printed directly on the pouch face.
The pouch body is made from aluminium foil (AL) or metallized (VMPET) laminate. The foil layer provides light blocking and high barrier protection; the metallized layer adds a metal-deposited barrier. A printed outer film and a heat-seal inner film complete the laminated structure. The flat-bottom design adds a folded base to the standard three-side-seal pouch, improving stability and making it suitable for filling with sheet-mask serum or skincare essence.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Logos and artwork are produced from the customer's design files, with colour confirmed against a proof. Sizes are made to order — bag dimensions, base fold depth and tear-notch position can all be adjusted. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, which suits a skincare product that keeps one fixed fill size.
Typical applications cover sheet mask and eye mask packaging as well as daily chemical and skincare cosmetic packaging. Essence pouches and pure-foil laminate pouches share a similar structure; the pouch mouth and seal can be fine-tuned to match the viscosity of a liquid or cream.
Production is handled in Dongguan, Guangdong by Kody Packaging. Lamination, bag-making and sampling are linked in-house, and an existing customer sample pouch can be reproduced.
