Custom 125–250 g Foil Tea Pouches for Longjing & Biluochun Green Tea | Optional Plastic Inner Liner

Built for 125–250 g fills, these custom foil pouches suit Longjing, Biluochun and other green teas. A plastic inner liner can be added as a pouch-in-pouch setup. Because green tea is vulnerable to light and moisture, the outer layer works as the barrier while the inner liner seals close to the leaves, helping limit aroma loss.

The outer pouch combines metallized film with a pure aluminium layer. The metallized side handles light blocking, and the aluminium layer provides moisture resistance. The plastic inner bag seals directly around the tea, while the outer pouch’s heat-seal layer keeps the bag mouth secure so it is less likely to open during shipping.

Fill range: 125–250 g. Length, width and artwork are made to order, printing can run 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Whether to include a plastic inner bag, along with pouch dimensions and print layout, can be arranged around your requirements.

Typical applications include green tea, Longjing and Biluochun tea packaging, as well as vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness bags and sheet-mask pouches. They are especially relevant for spring green teas that need stronger moisture protection. The inner liner and outer pouch should be sized as a matched pair to prevent the liner from shifting and rubbing through.

Kody Packaging operates from Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination and bag making kept under factory control. Sampling can be confirmed against the tea sample and reference pouch supplied by the customer.

Inner-bag configuration and colour count both affect cost, so quotations are calculated from the confirmed specification and sample. Send your sample for evaluation.
