Custom 120ml Aluminum Foil & Metallized Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Personal Care Liquid Samples

This stand-up spout pouch is built for small- and medium-volume liquid products in personal care and household chemical categories. A bottom gusset lets the pouch stand upright for shelf presentation and everyday handling, while the screw-cap spout at the top can be specified as a standard nozzle or a version with a leak-resistant inner plug. The spout opens and closes with one hand and delivers product smoothly. Reinforced side and bottom seals help lower the chance of leakage or bag failure in transit, so the format works well for sample packs, promotional gifts and retail or e-commerce sales.

The pouch body is a multi-layer laminate of PET, aluminum foil, metallized film and PE, combining barrier performance with stiffness; different thickness combinations can be selected according to the product being filled. Graphics are applied using 1–8 colour gravure printing, allowing full customization of artwork, colour codes and brand information, with either matte or gloss finishes. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L. Spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width can be aligned with your filling equipment, and matching roll film in the same material structure is available for continuous production on automatic filling lines.

Common uses include laundry liquid, fabric softener, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and skincare samples, plus disinfectants and household cleaners. The customization route is simple: share a sample, artwork or target volume, and we will confirm the material structure and print plan, produce a pre-production sample, and move to bulk manufacturing after approval.
