Custom 1–500 g Foil & Metallized Centre-Seal Gusset Pouches for Tea, Dried Flower Tea & Powder Foods

Made by a source food-bag factory, this brick-style pouch is offered for 1–500 g fills. Its body uses a foil and metallized laminate, formed with a centre seal and side gussets so that, once filled, it takes on a near-brick outline for tea, dried flower tea and powdered foods. The squared profile packs tightly in cases and helps products sit in neat rows on shelf.

In construction terms, it is a centre-seal gusset pouch: the longitudinal seam runs down the back, the side gussets add body thickness, and the top and bottom are closed by heat sealing. The foil layer delivers barrier performance, while the metallized layer blocks light; combined, they support moisture and light protection for tea. Because the gussets and back seam carry concentrated sealing stress, temperature and pressure are set separately during bag making.

Choose a fill volume from 1–500 g. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the artwork can carry product category, net weight and origin information. Pouch dimensions and gusset width are customised to request, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs.
