Custom 1–100 g Vacuum Pouches for Cooked Food | Foil & Metallized Laminate

This custom vacuum pouch is designed for cooked-food packing in the 1–100 g range and uses an aluminium foil plus metallized laminate. After vacuuming, it conforms to irregular surfaces such as meat and soy products, helping to reduce air remaining inside the pack.

The bag is heat-sealed from a flexible laminate. The aluminium foil layer mainly handles barrier performance, while the metallized layer mainly blocks light. In food packaging, the inner film must be assessed for seal strength and migration risk, and its selection should match the fat and moisture profile of the contents. Once lamination is complete, the material still goes through slitting and bag making; how flat the seals are directly affects how long the vacuum can be held.

Capacity is selected from 1–100 g based on cooked-food weight. Printing supports 1–8 colours, with layout, product information and colour produced from the customer's artwork. Pouch dimensions and sealing method are also customisable, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

It serves cooked-food vacuum packing and cooked-food freshness protection, commonly used for braised products, sauced items and dried tofu, and can also pack other food portions that need light and moisture protection.
