Corrosion-Resistant Foil & Metallized Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Hair Dye and Peroxide

Built for hair-care liquid filling, this pouch uses a stand-up format with a widened bottom gusset, so it stays upright on retail shelves and work surfaces after filling. Wide heat seals on all four sides create a flat, strong closure, while the outer profile can be rounded, angled or otherwise shaped to improve handling and brand recognition. A welded spout is positioned at the top, most commonly as a screw-cap or flip-top design, with diameters and thread options selected to suit the filling line.

The pouch body is typically made from aluminum foil or metallized laminate, combining a printed outer film, an aluminum foil or metallized barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film. This structure delivers reliable resistance to mildly corrosive fills such as peroxide and dye cream, and the inner sealant layer can be chosen according to the product being packed. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure, reproducing supplied artwork, colour blocks and text, with matte or gloss finishes available. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, and bag width, bag height, spout placement and shaped outlines can all be made to your drawing.

Typical uses include perm lotion, hair dye cream, peroxide, hair oil and other hair-care liquids, as well as small-volume filling for personal care and wash products. The customization path generally moves from sample or artwork review to confirmation of bag style and material structure, proofing, production, inspection and dispatch. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and production takes place in a Class 10000 clean workshop.
