Produced to your design file, this colour-printed back-seal laminate delivers dense colour and accurate registration. The film can be clear laminate, metallised or foil depending on contents: high-barrier structures help powders and granules resist moisture and caking; foil structures are used for oil- or fragrance-containing items to contain aroma; clear laminate is chosen when light protection is unnecessary, helping control cost. The finished pouch lies flat with a clean surface, seals firmly and includes a tear notch for easy opening. Typical applications include household and personal care sample sachets, trial packs, small food condiment portions and single-use filling. It is compatible with vertical filling lines and date-coding equipment.
