Designed for lip gloss, lip tint and similar cosmetic liquids, this pouch can be made as a stand-up bag, a three-side seal pouch or a die-cut contoured shape. At the top, a screw spout carries a brush or applicator tip; the cap closes securely to help prevent leakage and support controlled dispensing. Heat-sealed edges are flat and strong, and optional tear notches and hang holes make retail display and on-the-go use easier.
Typical laminates include PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. The aluminium foil layer acts as a barrier against light and oxygen, while the metallized layer offers light protection at a more cost-conscious level. 1-8 colour gravure printing captures gradients, spot colours and fine type, with matte or glossy finishes available. Standard fill sizes range from 5ml to 100ml, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter and applicator style can be customized to your drawing.
Applications cover cosmetics, skincare, personal care and sample/travel sizes, including lip gloss, lip tint, liquid highlighter, eyeshadow liquid, serum and hair oil. For custom projects, send us a sample or design file; we confirm the structure, material and print artwork before sampling and mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, operates a Class 10000 clean workshop, and has an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Matching roll film in the same material is also available, with delivery scheduled to the agreed milestones.
