For coatings, paints and curing agents, this trapezoidal pouch uses a narrow-top, wide-base silhouette that sits firmly on the shelf and stacks neatly. It can be made in three-side or four-side seal formats, with an optional bottom gusset when higher fill volume or extra stiffness is needed. Sealing lines are flat and tight to help minimise leakage and delamination. Dispensing can be configured to match filling and end use: a plain open top, screw spout or valve outlet, so users can pour on site and automated lines can run bag opening, filling and sealing smoothly.
The laminate pairs aluminium foil or metallized film with PET, NY, PE and similar layers, balancing barrier and flexibility. It blocks light and limits oxygen and moisture, which is useful for coatings and curing agents sensitive to odour and cure. Decoration uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for fine image detail and stable colour, with matte, gloss or spot varnish options. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L; bag width, bag height, gusset depth and spout diameter can be tailored to your drawing, and matching laminated roll film is also available.
Common fills include waterborne polyurethane coatings, waterproof floor paint, flooring paint, curing agents, resins and chemical additives, as well as liquid or paste adhesives and cleaners. Custom orders begin with a sample or drawing to confirm the bag structure, followed by artwork/proof and pre-production sampling before bulk manufacturing. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and integrated printing, lamination and bag making on site.
