Aluminium Foil Stand-Up Pouches for Hair Dye and Perm Lotion

This foil and metallised stand-up pouch is positioned for paste and liquid personal-care lines such as hair colourants and perm lotions. The bottom gusset is heat-sealed into a stable stand-up base, so the pouch stands squarely on shelf or in a carton during transit. Sealing runs in a controlled multi-stage pattern for strength and leak resistance, and the format can be supplied with a spout, screw cap or valve where dispensing is required. Optional tear notches and hang holes support retail presentation for importers and brand owners shipping in full containers.

The laminate is built from food-grade films — PET, aluminium foil or metallised film, and PE sealant — combined to suit the acidity and viscosity of the fill. A foil or metallised barrier layer blocks light, moisture and oxygen, which matters for colourants that must hold their shade. Surfaces run on 1-8 colour gravure printing, with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes available. Standard pouches cover roughly 100 ml to 1000 ml, and both size and bag style are made to your artwork. Matching roll film is available for form-fill-seal lines.
