800g Medical Reagent Liquid Stand-Up Aluminium Foil Spouted Pouch – Custom Printing

Designed for filling and transporting liquids such as biological reagents, test reagents and alcohol disinfectants, this stand-up spouted pouch relies on a folded bottom to stay upright during production filling and display. Spout choices include screw, flip-top and one-way valve types, selected according to your filling method, to support smooth pouring and secure sealing. Sealing is mainly three-side or four-side, with clean seal edges and a firm body for both single-use and repeated-access formats.

Laminates are typically PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and comparable structures, with barrier and light-blocking options adjusted to the contents. The outer surface supports 1–8 colour gravure printing for full-surface backgrounds, spot colours and large-area graphics. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L, while spout diameter, pouch width and film thickness can be configured around your filling equipment and dose. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for continuous production.

These pouches are commonly used for dividing and transporting biological reagents, in-vitro diagnostic reagents, alcohol disinfectants and care liquids, and they also fit small-volume packaging for daily chemical and fine chemical products. Customisation is flexible: send a sample or artwork, confirm the bag structure, size and print layout, approve a pre-production sample, then move to bulk production.
