5L Light-Blocking Aluminum Foil/Metallized Spouted Liquid Pouch with Handle

Engineered for light-sensitive liquids, this pouch uses a stand-up format with a widened bottom gusset for stable shelf display. Its four sides are heat-sealed, and the top can be built with a spout or a screw-cap valve for smooth pouring and repeated resealing. A die-cut handle or carry handle on the upper section lets users lift a 5L water, oil or beverage bag with one hand. The aluminum layer blocks light, helping to reduce oxidation and odour transfer, which suits liquids that need light protection and freshness retention.

Pure aluminum foil serves as the main barrier, combined with PET, NY and PE films to deliver a balance of stiffness, toughness and heat-seal strength; pure aluminum or metallized constructions can be selected according to the contents. The surface is suitable for 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving fine pattern detail and controlled colour variation, with optional matt and spot-varnish effects. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, and bag styles include stand-up, three-side-seal and eight-side-seal. Spout diameter, handle placement and external valve requirements can be customized to your drawing, with matching roll film available in the same material structure.

Typical applications cover small-molecule mineral water, sparkling water, plant-based drinks, concentrated juice, edible oil, soy sauce and vinegar, detergents and chemical liquids. The light-blocking, high-barrier build is particularly useful for liquids that require a longer shelf life.
