The pouch is a stand-up format with a bottom gusset, so once filled it can sit upright for shelf display. It can be made with three-side or four-side seals; seal width and heat-seal settings are adapted to the product being filled. The top accepts a spout, screw cap or one-way valve, supporting smooth pour and limited suck-back for hair oil, essential oil and other medium-viscosity liquids. The body remains rigid enough to resist damage during transport.
Milky white PE forms the inner layer, while the outer layer can be laminated with aluminium foil or metallised PET to create a barrier against light, oxygen and moisture. This helps limit oxidation and fragrance loss. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering saturated colours and stable registration, with matt, gloss and spot finishes available. Pouch dimensions and fill volume are customizable, usually from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter / nozzle type can also be selected.
Applications include hair oil, hair serums, personal care liquids, liquid soap and selected food-grade liquids in small-format packaging. For customization, send samples or artwork; after the material structure and print-ready file are confirmed, a sample is made for approval before mass production at our Dongguan factory. The workshop is a Class 10000 cleanroom and meets food-grade packaging production requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; roll film in the same material structure can be supplied for automatic filling lines.
