Designed around paste and liquid filling plus end-use dispensing, this stand-up spout pouch can be built with a one-piece carry hole or an external handle for easier lifting and pouring. Its gusseted base keeps the filled pouch upright on the shelf. A screw spout serves as the outlet and can be supplied with a dust cap or flip-top. The widened side and bottom heat seals flow smoothly into each other, helping reduce post-fill cracking and leakage, which suits viscous fills such as putty paste and repair compound.

The pouch is mainly made from aluminum foil laminated film or metallized laminated film. Frequently used constructions include PET/foil/PE and PET/metallized PET/PE, while the barrier layer and inner heat-seal film can be adjusted to the fill material. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure, with customization from samples or artwork to reproduce brand colour blocks, gradients and fine text. Standard capacities range from 500 g to 5 kg. Bag dimensions and spout diameter can be aligned with your filling line, and matching roll film is also available for automatic packaging machines.

Common applications in building materials include putty paste, wall repair compound, latex paint, waterproof coatings and tile adhesives, along with selected daily-use pastes and cleaning liquids. A custom project typically begins with structure and material confirmation, followed by a sample bag or artwork, proof approval, and then bulk production.
